Tark’s Grill opened at Green Spring Station in 2008 and was purchased by current operators, Gino Cardinale & Bruce Bodie, in October 2016. Gino & Bruce are also the owners of City Cafe, a favorite restaurant located in Baltimore’s historic Mt. Vernon neighborhood, which they opened together in 1994.
Tark’s is located in the same spot as the iconic, Harvey’s at Green Spring Station, which enjoyed a successful two-decade run before closing in 2000.

Tark’s kitchen is directed by Executive Chef & Partner James Jennings. Chef James is also the inspiration behind City Cafe’s menu and dining experience. Adding to his expertise, Chef James was the former Chef de Cuisine at The Food Market and Sous Chef in San Francisco under Chef Michael Mina.
