tark's history
Tark's Grill opened at Green Spring Station in 2008 and was purchased by current operators, Gino Cardinale & Bruce Bodie, in October 2016.
Tark's is located in the same spot as the iconic, Harvey's at Green Spring Station, which enjoyed a successful two-decade run before closing in 2000.
Today's Tark's Grill & Bar, lead by Chef-Partner James Jennings and a professional management team, offers a stylish, yet approachable, neighborhood dining experience.

Tark's kitchen is directed by Executive Chef & Partner James Jennings. Adding to his expertise, Chef James was the former Chef de Cuisine at The Food Market and Sous Chef in San Francisco under Chef Michael Mina.
